John brings over 30 years of distinguished federal service in acquisition, logistics, facilities, equipment, program and project management, and leadership all in the Indo-Pacific Region. With greater than 10 years with Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and multiple tours and commands in mainland Japan and Okinawa, his diversified experience provides an acute view of the region and its challenges. His deep understanding of federal procurement processes, simplified acquisitions, and DoD requirements ensures strategic, compliant, and efficient solutions for US government customers.

Our Japanese partner brings decades of hands-on experience in construction and architecture. Holding both a Japanese Construction License and Architect License, he provides expert local knowledge in minor construction coordination, infrastructure development, facilities maintenance, and SOFA-compliant project execution. His established networks and deep understanding of Okinawan regulations enable rapid, high-quality on-ground delivery.
